Tom Lee’s BitMine has once again strengthened its position as the largest public Ethereum holder. The company picked up roughly $84 million worth of ETH in the past 24 hours, despite recent market turbulence. This move lifts its total holdings above 2.15 million ETH, cementing its dominance in Ethereum accumulation.
The purchase comes during a period of price consolidation, with Ethereum struggling to stay above $4,500 after briefly rallying on the Fed’s recent rate cut. While short-term sentiment appears cautious, some analysts see BitMine’s steady buying as a bullish signal.

Crypto strategist Doomer compared Tom Lee’s approach to Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin playbook, noting that non-stop ETH accumulation is an early sign of “something big.” He added that Ethereum looks undervalued at current levels and could be gearing up for a strong fourth-quarter performance.
Technical analysts are also highlighting a potential breakout pattern forming on shorter timeframes. If momentum shifts back to the bulls, Ethereum could attempt a run toward the long-anticipated $5,000 mark, a new all-time high.
For now, BitMine’s aggressive strategy signals growing institutional conviction in Ethereum, even as the broader market faces volatility.
