Ondo Finance has announced plans to bring its tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs to Solana in early 2026, expanding its Global Markets platform beyond Ethereum and BNB Chain. The move will allow investors to access tokenized equities, treasuries, ETFs, and other securities 24/7 using Solana’s high-speed, low-cost infrastructure.
“Wall Street liquidity meets internet capital markets,”
the company said.
The expansion follows Ondo’s Ethereum launch in September, which it described as “the largest launch of tokenized equities in history,” initially offering access to more than 100 U.S. stocks with plans to scale to over 1,000. A BNB Chain rollout followed shortly after.

For Solana, Ondo’s arrival further highlights its growing role in real-world asset tokenization and financial infrastructure, alongside major institutions already building on the network.

Market reaction was mixed. SOL slipped around 4.6% amid a broader market downturn, though trading volume surged nearly 70% to exceed $5 billion. Meanwhile, Ondo (ONDO) fell roughly 10% over the past 24 hours to trade just above $0.40, despite the protocol reaching a new all-time high of $1.92 billion in total value locked.

Ondo remains a leader in tokenized public equities, controlling over half of the roughly $670 million market. As competition increases and tokenization accelerates, Ondo’s expansion to Solana could play a key role in shaping the next phase of onchain finance.
