Truth Social, the social platform tied to Donald Trump, has submitted new filings to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a pair of crypto-focused ETFs, entering the market at a moment when institutional investors are dialing down exposure.
The proposed products include a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF with added Ether staking rewards, alongside a Cronos-based fund designed to generate yield through staking. Both funds would carry a management fee of 0.95% and aim to blend price exposure with on-chain income, a structure that continues to gain attention despite recent market hesitation.
Crypto.com is set to provide custody, liquidity, and staking services for the ETFs, while Yorkville America Equities would act as the investment adviser. If approved, shares would be distributed through Crypto.com’s U.S. broker-dealer arm.

The timing is notable. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recently recorded over $410 million in net outflows in a single day, with major products, including those from BlackRock, seeing some of the heaviest withdrawals. Ethereum ETFs also posted meaningful outflows, even as crypto prices showed resilience.
Despite the pullback in institutional flows, the Truth Social filings signal that Trump-aligned ventures are still betting on long-term demand for crypto ETFs, especially those offering yield on top of simple price exposure.
