Rave Surges, But Red Flags Appear
The Rave token grabbed attention after jumping roughly 44% on Saturday, adding to a massive run that’s seen the asset explode over the past month. While the rally sparked excitement, some analysts are warning that the move could be driven more by insiders than organic demand.
Insider Control Raises Concerns
Blockchain investigator ZachXBT pointed to unusual activity behind the Rave surge, suggesting the price action looks like a coordinated pump. According to his analysis, the token climbed more than 10,000% in about 30 days, a move that often triggers suspicion in crypto markets.
He warned that insiders appear to control the vast majority of circulating supply, which increases the risk of a sudden sell-off. In one statement, he stressed:
“We cannot allow this blatant market manipulation by insiders controlling >90% RAVE support to further extract from retail investors.”
Calls for Binance and Bitget Attention
The situation also drew attention toward major exchanges. ZachXBT urged teams at Binance and Bitget to review the activity and investigate whether any coordinated trading occurred. He even offered a $10,000 bounty for whistleblowers who could provide evidence of manipulation.
Token Distribution Under Scrutiny
On-chain data shared in the discussion suggests that insiders may hold more than 90% of the Rave supply. Smaller portions were reportedly linked to users on Bitget and other exchanges, though these wallets were also suspected of being connected to early participants.

Such concentrated ownership can amplify volatility, especially if large holders decide to take profits simultaneously.
Market Still Moving Despite Warnings
Despite the concerns, Rave continued climbing, with price momentum pushing higher as traders chased the rally. The token’s market value surged into the billions, further fueling debate over whether the move reflects genuine demand or a short squeeze driven by limited circulating supply.
So far, neither Binance nor Bitget have publicly commented on the situation, and the Rave team has remained silent, leaving traders watching closely for what comes next.
