Hyperliquid (HYPE) is showing renewed strength, with the token trading around $47 after gaining roughly 5% in the last 24 hours. The bounce comes after a week of mixed performance, where prices briefly slipped below $44 before recovering. Despite the pullback, HYPE remains up about 7% over the past month, though it’s still trading nearly 20% below its September peak near $59.
Rising activity in Hyperliquid trading
Market activity has been picking up again. Daily trading volume increased to more than half a billion dollars, while futures trading also saw a sharp uptick. Interestingly, most of this action reflects short-term positioning rather than long-term commitments, suggesting traders are actively rotating in and out of the market.
Hypurr NFTs boost ecosystem buzz
The recent debut of Hypurr NFTs has played a big role in bringing new attention to the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Launched on September 28, the collection includes 4,600 cat-inspired digital collectibles deployed directly on HyperEVM. Over 4,300 were distributed to early participants from the Genesis Event back in late 2024, with the remainder allocated to the Foundation, Labs, and contributing artists.
Unlike a typical NFT release, Hypurr carries symbolic weight as a reward for early adopters and ties directly into the chain’s infrastructure. The NFTs are built on the same liquidity system that powers Hyperliquid trading, which means developers can integrate them into future applications using HyperCore and HyperBFT.
Market reception has been strong so far. Hypurr quickly appeared on secondary marketplaces with a starting price near 1,458 HYPE (around $68,000). One collectible even fetched more than $467,000, sparking conversations across the community. Still, security concerns remain in focus after reports surfaced of eight NFTs being stolen, a reminder that wallet security is just as important as hype.
Simple look at Hyperliquid price levels
At current levels, HYPE is trading in a range between $44 and $50. The $44 area has held as a reliable support zone, while $50 is acting as the key barrier to break. If the token manages to close above $50 with strong momentum, the next target could be a retest of $59, last month’s high. On the downside, a loss of $44 could push the price toward $30.

For now, the excitement around Hypurr NFTs is providing fresh demand, keeping buyers active as the project’s ecosystem expands.
