Bitcoin has surged to a record $77,230, reaching new heights on Friday afternoon amid renewed optimism following Donald Trump’s reelection as U.S. President. This marks an impressive rise in Bitcoin’s ongoing rally, powered by strong support from the crypto community as Trump returns to the White House.
The rally saw Bitcoin reaching $77,230 around 3:00 PM on Friday, showcasing a staggering 113,011% increase since 2013. For perspective, a $1,000 investment in Bitcoin back then would now exceed $1 million, demonstrating the cryptocurrency’s remarkable long-term growth. With current momentum and enthusiastic backing from investors, Bitcoin seems well-positioned to continue its upward trajectory, possibly approaching the $100,000 mark.
Massive Inflows to Bitcoin ETFs Post-Reelection
Following Trump’s win, investor interest in spot Bitcoin ETFs soared. On November 7 alone, U.S. Bitcoin ETFs reported an influx of $1.3 billion, with BlackRock leading the charge by directing over $1 billion to its own Bitcoin fund, while Fidelity’s FBTC saw inflows of $190 million, per Farside data.

Broader Crypto Market Gains Alongside Bitcoin
Bitcoin’s historic high has boosted the entire cryptocurrency market. Ethereum’s price edged up to nearly $2,900, while Cardano saw a 10% gain to reach $0.44. Other digital assets, including Chainlink and Polygon, also rallied, climbing 7% and 13%, respectively.
