Spot ETFs focused on Ethereum are seeing remarkable growth, with $855 million in net inflows recorded during December 9–13, 2024, according to Sosovalue. BlackRock’s ETH ETF (ETHA) led the pack, pulling in $523 million, followed by Fidelity’s FETH with $259 million. Grayscale’s ETHE also attracted significant investor interest.
These inflows highlight increasing institutional interest in Ethereum’s potential, with ETHA alone gaining $9.5 million in a single day, and others like ETHE and FETH not far behind.
Ethereum Eyes $5,000 Milestone
ETH, priced at $3,965 on Monday after a 1.8% rise, could be poised for a breakout. Analysts suggest a push above $5,000 fueled by supply-demand dynamics and rising network activity. CryptoQuant’s metrics indicate ETH’s realized price could support a rally toward $5,200, reflecting growing confidence in the asset’s trajectory.
Grayscale’s ETHE Climbs in Rankings
Since the U.S. SEC approved ETH ETFs for trading in mid-2024, interest in the asset has surged. The Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) now ranks fourth in the Top 25 by Asset, managing $5.37 billion on the NYSE. This development underscores Ethereum’s growing role in mainstream financial markets.
