Solana Targets $200 as Superstate Launches Stock Issuance Platform

Solana aims for $200 with new stock issuance platform, bridging traditional finance and blockchain.

Solana is back in the spotlight with a fresh push toward $200, driven by strong technical momentum and an intriguing new development in the world of tokenized equities.

On the back of Bitcoin’s surge past the $100,000 mark, SOL climbed to $160 earlier today. One analyst, known as Crypto Zeinab, sees more room to run. They pointed to an inverse head-and-shoulders pattern forming on the higher time frames — a setup often linked to trend reversals and major breakouts. Zeinab suggested that a clean move above $160 could open the door to $180 and even $200 in the near future.

But it’s not just the charts fueling optimism.

A new project called “Opening Bell” is gearing up to bring real, publicly registered shares onto the Solana network. Behind the initiative is Superstate, a firm that’s already been exploring ways to connect traditional finance with blockchain infrastructure.

The idea? Allow companies to list actual equity — not wrapped or synthetic versions — directly on-chain. Shares would be recorded using a blockchain-native transfer agent and made available around the clock for trading. It’s a major step toward making traditional financial assets behave more like crypto: fast, global, and always on.

SOL Strategies, an investment firm already deep in the Solana ecosystem, intends to be the first to use the platform. The company recently signed a non-binding agreement with Superstate and is aiming to list its own shares via Opening Bell. They’ve stated their belief that bringing real-world assets on-chain could drive more usage and activity across the network — something that could potentially support SOL’s price in the long run.

Notably, SOL Strategies has continued to increase its exposure to Solana. According to a recent update, the firm purchased over 122,000 SOL, now holding nearly 392,000 tokens in total.

And this push toward tokenized stocks isn’t happening in isolation. Rumors are swirling that Robinhood is exploring Solana as a potential home for tokenized equity offerings for its European users. At the same time, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is said to be reviewing proposals that would make it easier for companies to issue and trade securities using blockchain tech.

If even part of that vision comes to life, Solana could find itself at the center of a massive shift — one where Wall Street meets Web3.
